By downloading, installing, or using the Roam mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Roam is a mobile application that allows users to connect to and manage their Kubernetes clusters. The App acts as a local client and does not provide hosted Kubernetes environments or cluster infrastructure.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The configuration and maintenance of the Kubernetes clusters you connect to via the App.
• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your kubeconfig files and authentication credentials.
• Any actions taken on your clusters through the App. The App provides powerful management capabilities, including the ability to delete or modify critical resources. You agree to use the App carefully and at your own risk.

4. AI Features and Generated Commands (Roam Pro)

The App includes AI features to analyze incidents and suggest troubleshooting commands.

• No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI-generated analysis, root causes, and suggested commands are provided for informational purposes only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific environment.
• User Review Required: You are solely responsible for reviewing, understanding, and approving any AI-generated commands before executing them. We accept no liability for any downtime, data loss, or system damage resulting from the execution of AI-suggested commands.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that it will not cause damage to your Kubernetes clusters.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers or owners of Roam be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of your clusters.

7. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
